I've been feeling so bummed out since we came back from holiday. Saw pictures of my body in a bikini ( worst thing that you can do right??). I've been comparing how I used to look two years ago and how I'm looking now and it is not a pretty picture. It is time for me to get my shit in order.
So today I started with a "eating healthy" mission. It's been going fantastic, mostly because I don't feel to good, so I'm not hungry.
I have a whole plan for what I will be doing and thinking about keeping a Food diary, ( Can anyone tell me if this works?
Oh and I absolutely love this water, makes it so easy to drink more water.
