Growing up is you realizing that all your problems are caused by you being a fucking idiot. So take your pencils and your colouring pages and just stop! Stop being a grown up for 30 Minutes. Put on your pajamas, make some hot chocolate ( or have someone make it), get your favourite sweets and sit crossed legs on the ground. IT'S COLOURING TIME!
Not only is this such a fun activity to do. It also has a few benefits.
It De-Stresses!.
Believe it or not, colouring de-stresses. Like removes all those ugly little stress monsters from the day and let's you relax. While you are colouring you will have time to think about everything. Everything you want to think about. Think, Think again and find a solution.
It's make you so sleepy!
I love colouring before I go to bed. It relaxes me completely and I can honestly not colour more than 10 minutes without a yawn. After the relaxing activity, a nice cup of tea and your bed will feel like heaven.
It brings out the creative side in you!
Imagine sitting there with a page full of tiny little parts and a pencil case full of 100000 pencils and pens. Imagine the possibilities. Imagine colouring the one flower petal pink and the other one blue. Imagine!!! Colouring brings out your creative side, even if it usually hides away far behind your office desk job or your kids screaming at 2:00 in the morning. Colouring forces you to be creative and think of things the way a child would.
I can personally say I love, love, love colouring for grown - ups. Any excuse to stay young RRRIGHT????
I've made a little Pinterest board with all off my FAVS!! Which you can find Here!!
Enjoy everyone....
